To all of our instructors, we hope the fall term is off to a great start! We know the start of the term can be hectic, so we’ve designed a simple onboarding experience to help you get started with TimelyGrader as efficiently as possible.
Here’s what you can expect from our instructor onboarding:
The first step is to create your first course. You’ll enter a few details such as the institution name and course name and within minutes you’ll have a course for all of your assignments.
When you create your first course, an example assignment will automatically be added to it so that you can get a sense of how TimelyGrader’s AI feedback and grading features work. This is a great place to start if you haven’t planned out your assignments yet, or if you want to explore TimelyGrader’s features before uploading all of your own assignment information.
When you click the example assignment, you’ll be taken through a step-by-step tour that shows you how to:
After the step-by-step tour, we will leave you to explore on your own! You’ll be prompted to create an assignment and put these steps into practice.

A quick note to our existing users: Instructor onboarding is available for instructors creating their first course, if you already have an existing account, you won’t see this. But we’re always here to help if you have any questions!
